I am a novice travel blogger but an avid explorer. Ever since my mom gave me her credit card at age 11 to figure out, on my own, how to visit (solo) my best friend who had moved to Iowa… I booked that flight and had the travel bug. I have never looked back!

I have been exceptionally fortunate to have visited amazing places & experienced incredible adventures such as safaris in Botswana, scuba diving in the Red Sea, surf camp in Costa Rica, fly fishing in Idaho, skiing in Utah, sightseeing in Japan, Israel, Italy, Denmark, Amsterdam, whale watching in Turks and Caicos, hiking to temples and waterfalls in Bali, wine tasting in Napa, Jazz Festing in New Orleans, attending the Golden Globes in LA, scaling the Eiffel Tower in Paris, exploring the salt mines in Saltzberg, enjoying the coast of Monte Carlo, sitting in Millionaires Row at the Kentucky Derby, viewing Broadway plays in NYC, experiencing Fantasy Fest in Key West and countless other incredible trips. Many friends ask me for advice and I love assisting people and reviewing places on Trip Advisor. I decided to try this travel blog thing to open myself up to answering questions or allowing people to ask me for recommendations.

People tease me that I vacation at home as I try to travel as much as possible. I follow several sites to find flash sales and strongly rely on several sites for reviews to pick my spots to explore. I hope you enjoy the photos and stories and I truly want this to help inspire people to travel.

My philosophy has always been: you could lose every possession you have but no one can ever take away your experiences you have made while traveling.

Bear with me as I build this site and figure out its navigation as I am not that techy:)

  1. Have you been to Aruba? Thinking of going there in 2020 with my wife for spring break. We love couples negril and isla majares Mexico so probably down to those three. Aruba is the only one we have not been to. Also i think you spelled trip advisor and degree wrong.

  2. Hi Scott… I have not been to Aruba but have looked at some spots there and am trying to figure out a time to go. I will look at some reviews of places and pass on what I find out.

Thank you for the spelling error check. I have to figure out how to fix that one. I proofed it but missed that apparently.

Let’s stay in touch and I will send u some things as I find them.

Have you been to Holbox in Mexico? Like Isla Mujeres, you can snorkel with whale sharks there but it’s very unique as there are no cars and cute bars, restaurants and boutique hotels. I even met someone from Bexley who lives there now:)

Tell me the 3 things you want most in a place where u vacation?
